Returns and Exchanges

** Effective 4/1/2020, we are no longer accepting returns or exchanges until further notice.

We hope that you will be pleased with the items you purchase as all of our products are guaranteed against defects in quality and workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange some or all of the purchased items within 30 days of delivery.

Returns/exchanges are based on your original payment method. We have a 20% restocking fee that applies to all returns/exchanges, unless otherwise agreed upon by a customer service agent or account manager. We will gladly issue a credit card refund, merchandise credit, or a corporate-issued refund if original method of payment was by check or money order. The refund does not include the cost of shipping, as shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. If you paid via credit card, please allow up to two billing cycles for the appearance of your refund on your credit card statement. If you paid via PayPal, please check your PayPal account for a credit or reversal.  

Items that have been washed, worn, altered, stained, and/or embroidered will under no circumstances be returned or exchanged; these sales are final. All items must be in original packaging and have all tags still attached.

Please note that crocking and bleeding are inherent characteristics of red-tone shades, so wash separately. Certain products have specific laundry instructions, and we will not honor the return of marked, worn, or soiled garments from the result of washing/drying items incorrectly. Please inspect garments before processing or washing. 

If returning items, the packing slip must be included. If exchanging items, please include instructions/requests on the packing slip. If you have lost your packing slip, please include your order number, name, address, and items you are returning on a piece of paper. If you do not know your order number, call us at 937.848.6307 and we will gladly assist you.

Orders cannot be cancelled once put into production. Shipping and/or order discrepancies must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receiving your order. Should a problem (manufacturing or fabric defect) arise with a worn garment, health laws dictate that such garments must be cleaned before being returned for repair. If not repairable, credit or a new garment will be issued.

We process all returns/exchanges immediately upon receipt of the item(s), but please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return/exchange. We strongly suggest that you obtain tracking information to ensure the delivery of your package.
